Does that operate gaplessly?I find that the iDSD sounds best when using a microSD card for music storage vs. streaming via USB.

Hi, I'm interesting in this question: I would upgrade the power supply, 12V or 15V? Someone has been able to experiment the iPower Elite?Have you tried this iPower Elite on the Pro IDSD? Was it an improvement?
Also, which version would be better?
12V/4.0A or 15V/3.5A

You would need a 15v PSU!

Yes, I believe it does.Does that operate gaplessly?
Thanks, the USB A storage socket is not gapless, so I had assumed that the SD card was the same.Yes, I believe it does.
If somebody is interested, i am selling these custom made 3pin XLR which I had made for the iCan Pro. It allows to connect any DAP fully balanced using the 2.5mm port.
Guys - help please!!! ifi was so kind and helped me out fixing my Pro iCan, which I really appreciated. Fantastic service! Unfortunately, I did not think of replacing my WE396A tubes and the amp has been returned with the stock tubes. Fair enough (but I asked ifi support, may be they can still be located).
Has anybody some tubes for sale? I do only know the WE396A, any others I can look out for????

Has anyone had success with streaming Tidal MQA over the cat 5 connection directly?

Just got mine today, about an impulse buy as it gets based on glowing reviews and my itch to update my rig.
I use Tidal for about 99% of my home usage, is there any gain/loss from streaming direct via WIFI, against running a USB from my laptop connecting to a iFi iPurifier3 USB? I would imagine optimally, this would be best as a direct stream as there are less components in the mix.

No loss streaming via WiFi versus USB. If you're looking to use less components in the mix, I'd suggest you check out using the integrated microSD slot to play music. The Muzo app is pokey, but you get great sound quality.

Thank you, I will go WIFI/Ethernet. First impressions are very positive, its a gorgeous unit. I do have slight concern over the propensity for dust to settle within the internals. I will trawl through this thread to find out optimal settings. I have updated to the 2.08 firmware already.
I have three headphones available at the moment, Focal Clear MG, HD800S and Hifiman Arya. So far the fullness of the Focals is winning out for me, followed by the spaciousness of the HD800S and then the Aryas which is like a mix of the two but not bettering the others in any single way. I also will have a Audeze LCD-X tomorrow, which will be an interesting contrast.
