Yes. The port (and many other ports) have a tiny bit of space to move the plug just a teeny bit up down left or right. Try it with your phone charger or wall outlet plugs. They’re not super glued in place lolI’ve recently picked up the go bar and have noticed that the usb-c connection using the supplied cable has some up and down movement within the device. I can rock the usb c connection up and down a few millimeters. Is this normal?
As long as the cable clicks/locks in place, then you’re good. My GO Bar USB C port is a tiny bit slanted and moves a little left and right but it stays and doesn’t lose connection. These Go Bars seem to have some slight imperfect ports from the units I’ve seen, some users are having problems where it cuts out audio out of nowhere a lot, cutting out when barely bending the cable, draining too much power from phone, and more. I got lucky where I can walk with my go bar in my hoodie pocket without any hiccups where others here can’t.
But one thing I do know is that every Go Bar should have that secure click in place when inserting so if yours doesn’t then it’s a problem. If not, you’re good.
I had the same concern myself until I realized that all plugs move around too. Cheers!
