I can vouch for the Westone line as well, except the W3 which uses a different housing and can cause fit issues for most people. I can barely hear someone right beside me (<1 foot away) talking at normal levels, especially with Comply tips. If isolation is your main concern, though, I'd go right for the ER-4x

I have owned HF2 and now I´m using Klipsch X10i with Etymotic tri flanged tips cut down to two flanged.
Same level of isolation as my old Etys.
