I am, then I will keep it or the DX300 and sell the other. The new DAC section has me curious. Is anyone going to the 320?
Cheers!

Use iPad charger or anything with quick chargeThank you. How do people quick charge the 300?
I use my phone's charger, the warp charger (30 watts) from OnePlus. And no, it doesn't indicate "fast charging" when plugged in. Fully charged in an hour or more.Thank you. How do people quick charge the 300?
So this is what's it is al A B O U T ... ?
Amp12 ...

I agree, and also throw in "acoustic impedance" from earpad chamber space, and pad seal. Air resistance to driver membrane lessens driver motion= resistance=impedance change.Measuring the impedances curve is not all there is to it. In reality, the voice coils moves up and down to create the sound waves with the diaphragms moving the airs. So, by moving up and down, the electrical impedances will changes per the magnetic field variations, and the controls of the voltage/current applying onto the coils will also changes. It is a pretty complex and volatile situation.
It gets even more complex with multiple drivers and a crossover networks to split the responses into different segments per drivers as well.
The dongle is basically a resistors, and they don’t have any mechanical movements like the voice coils. Regardless of the voltage/currents flowing into it, it remains unchanged, and so the voltage and current per different frequencies will not be varied either.
Yes!!!I like my silver(Solen "silver sound") & kaisie "gold"(copper) capped amp 12EXNP... sprinkled with some "Vishay film"....
Eye candy

Resonant frequency, which determines low end bass limit, is measured in free air impedance, so thats also changed once you put headphones on.
Just some things to throw in there, to help with realization of "real world complexity".
Yes, there are USB C 3 and 3.1 and others.Does the USB-C cable matter for charging? I still can not get it to do rapid charging.
It matters but usually decent cables support 15w - 18w charging. Better ones support up to 100w or more. Do you have the included cable? I use a PD wallwart that supports up to 65w charging and saw fast charging on screenDoes the USB-C cable matter for charging? I still can not get it to do rapid charging.
You are in the DX300 thread and not the DX320 thread. Give it some time, didn't you just get it?Well, it seems like it may be an issue with the DX320 that is preventing me from doing quick-charge. As I have a certified Anker Cable and have tried with multiple chargers. I have reached out to @Paul - iBasso to see if he can help me.
