Are you using Safari browser? I had problems too for opening account at Digi-key (issues when connecting to account) and it worked like a charm with Firefox...

I think i will wait with the next player purchase even tho im super exctited about the dx320. The Timeless showed me that spending 200e gives me more significant sound change than another source. I love them more and more everyday, they uncolored the Cirrus's warmth of the dx300. And the tuning is so special that i ordered Monarch 2 again yesterday This time will wait as long as needed.

At digikey i had no problems. But with arrow i tried Chrome and Safari. Not possible

But honestly guys, I have the stupid feeling that the alleged Vietnamese engineer crashed my Amp12. For 2 days he searches for the error and finds nothing. Well here the 3 months go to questionable schools and are engineers. In Germany it takes about 7 years. But after he did so well I had a bit of confidence. I must have been wrong. But that was actually my first impression when I arrived in Vietnam.
So now I hope that the DX320 will come with amp 12.5
