iBasso DX200 Bug Thread - Post Any Firmware Bugs/Issues Here

Still getting pops/clicks when changing songs in Tidal. I researched this quite a bit and can't find a solution or even possible things to try. Basically stuck with it as is. I have to use my R6 or R3 for tidal, if only they sounded as good as the dx200.

You are using this with apps and getting the clicks or pops? What apps do you use?
Neutron, UAPP. But its happening in Mago player on Android as well.

Updating the XMOS FW as per @Lurker0 fixed the pop noise.

It only appears if I power off my DX200 while my headphone is connected. Not a big deal anymore as I usually disconnect phones before shutting down or starting up the player

Yeah, this has always happened. I think it's normal operation. I learned pretty quickly not to turn it off with the headphones on. lol

You can always try a factory reset as well.

Hey everyone, two questions:

1) Any idea why UAPP is skipping about the first second (maybe less, the point is that audio playback doesnt begin at the very start of a song)
2) In the Android Mango app, I'm having trouble with playlists. They disappear when I take the SD card out or something. And how can I transfer playlists from UAPP to Mango?

Any idea why, when im doing a custom EQ, that everytime i skip track on my playlist i have to reset the EQ On ??
I have been using EQ on Android mango, native mango and 3rd party players and never encountered the same issue you just reported. Maybe try a factory reset or reflash the latest FW.

Hi, new guy here as well, but I am experiencing the same issue with UAPP. Tried a factory reset and tried re-flashing the firmware again (I'm using the latest release by lurker). The problem occurs when I select a new song to play for example when I first start UAPP with nothing playing and I select a song with a drum hit or a chord strum that starts the song, it would skip it and play the rest of the song perfectly. However if I play another song before the aforementioned track and the let the player transition to it, the drum hit/chord strum can be heard (hope this makes sense). So I am at a lost here, I love the DX200 and it's versatility but this is driving me nuts.

Does this happen on our standard FW?

Hi Paul,
I just finished testing UAPP with the original firmware but the problem still persist. Though the problem does not occur on mango, I would much rather use UAPP because the mango player tends to cut the current song too early and go on to the next track when using the gapless option(this happens both in the original firmware and in lurker's).

If the automute is on, please turn it off and see if this helps.
