Sorry if this has been answered before or a silly question, but how does one shuffle the entire library of songs? Choosing a song from the "all music" list only adds that song to the current "now playing" list.
Make sure that there are files added to "Favorites", (obviously) then enable the Advanced player by touching the album icon on the home page player.
Touch the icon on the top left of the screen that looks like 3 lines. You will then see a list of icons appear at the top of the page. Swipe to the left until you see the "Favorites" icon. Long press on that will give a dropdown menu that says: "Play Favorite List"
Touch the small play icon just to the left of this wording and your favorite list will begin playing. You can play in order or shuffle, depending on your Play Mode setting.
Playlists are also done the same way. Due to a bug, the dropdown menu only appears when using the Advanced player. This is to be fixed in the upcoming firmware. Also, when selecting a playlist file, the correct file name only appears on the advanced player. This is also to be fixed in the upcoming firmware revision.
A long press on a file is similar to a right click with your mouse in that it almost always presents a drop-down context menu of choices.
LOL, I'm actually serious about the production tool. It seems it's some kind of img file where if you misuse it, it'll brick your DX100 forever and iBasso will not replace it... However, it will actually reset ALL data to original settings, just like before you unboxed the DX100.
Press and hold on a song to add to a playlist.
Press and hold on a song to remove from a playlist.
Press and hold on a playlist to delete a playlist.
By the way I just checked on mine and songs seem to play properly from Favourites and playlists - both in order and on shuffle. What firmware version are you using?
