Also still very pleased with mine and they're part of my go-to setup as well: DX200>AMP4S>CA01>CB12>IT03. The connection is a little cumbersome with the CA01 adapter, but I do have the option to change the termination.

I agree. The IT03 is one of the best earphones in that range. This is my best setup for have the maximum performance from them: DX80+PB3+CB12. audio nirvana
IT03 + the new balanced CB12s = Ultra Audio Nirvana

I have lost my original grey small and Sony hybrid small tips. I was comfortable with both of them. Can anyone suggest me an alternative or where can I find these genuinely?

I'm just now getting some quality time with the CB12s and I have to say I really like it so far. I've moved the CB12 to the IT01.

I'll be watching this space for replies. I could use some more of the Sony Hybrids myself.

Here you go. Only $110.

lol... No no, I just posted that for the sake of comparison, because Penon sells some virtually identical tips as the Sony Hybrid (no foam) and the Sony Isolation tips (with foam) for a modest price:

Finding the OG Sony tips for a reasonable price is basically impossible nowadays, but the Penon ones sound and feel exactly the same to me.
The only other option is to buy an older Sony IEM that happens to come with the genuine Sony tips. Here is the IEM I bought that mine came with. However, something tells me this isn't much of an option either:

Unfortunately, I'm not sure what other Sony used those tips. The XBA series seems to have different ones.
Hope that helps.

Another worthy contender is the Symbio Madarines. They take what Sony is doing with the foam filling to the next level with memory foam filling. The seal and isolation from them is spectacular.

Thanks, these looks great but I couldn't find another place to buy. I can't use Ebay because Paypal is blocked in where I live. I will contact with them to see what we can do.Another worthy contender is the Symbio Madarines. They take what Sony is doing with the foam filling to the next level with memory foam filling.
