I should have Ben Kore clear. Is the bass more like andro with flat mid all the way down to sub, or like k10 with mid hump and rolled off sub. I agree k10 can be boomy.

it is more like andromeda. in terms of bass, it03 is in another league compared to k10.

backup. speaking of cayin i5, i am currently rocking to the i5 + it03 coincidentally. great synergy but best is with my dx80.
if k10u cost 1650 usd, the it03 cost 1650 usd too from a resolution point of view

At least for your sound preference. It's quite subjective to compare such TOTL IEMs to a much cheaper one like the IT03. A lot of people will definitely turn their heads. I just do hope more people will agree to your statements because it will be a victory for iBasso.

it is not hype train. it is factual train. u may not appreciate the it03 as i see u owning the u12 and solar.

I still listen to the flc 8s so not necessarily . One thing i like about the U12 is the soundstage and instrument seperation, second to none.

I heard the FLC8s quite a number of times and I liked it. Since both are hybrids, I really hope someone would make a comparison. I'm gonna have to wait for twister's I guess.

i used to have the flc8s. it03 is enhanced in all aspects.

thats true haha. yea the u12 soundstage is good but too clinical for my taste.
