New Head-Fier
I purchased my trusty iBasso D5 Hj DAC and headphone amp when I lived in Japan a couple of years back. I used it on daily basis with my laptop or PC as a DAC and headphone amp.
I had to previously repair the USB at the back, which was simple enough job, but now I think something more complex has caused one of the channels on the amp to stop working. the aux-out pass-through still works no problem, but I'd like to repair my amp. I opened up the case and it seems that one of the blue IC on the PCB is burned and cracked. These don't have any writing on them, thus I need your help guys.
Can anyone help me identify the chip type so I can order a replacement and re-solder it ?
