Hello everyone. I use my computer for a lot from college work, to music, to lecture videos, and light gaming. I use a set of Sony MDR-V6 closed headphones. I would like a quality headphone amp/dec to add to my system. I am not looking for increased volume, but rather cleaner sound on a budget. I would like to stay below $200 for everything if I can. What is out there that you might have advice on? What is the difference or benifit to solid state verses a tube amp? Here is what I have been looking at:

I am not sure if posting links like that is against forum policy, I am sorry if it is and do not mean to cause any issues. I am mainly looking for advice and guidence overall. :)
