I had both of those headphones but I sold them.
I am now missing the bass I had on the hd600 and the treble on the sa5000. The mid range can be from any of those.
Do you guys know of any headphones that sound like that?

I've owned both and find a happy medium with the 600Ohm DT880s ~ They are detailed, albeit perhaps not as treble happy as the Sony SAs and tight and impactful at the other end.
 
I'll also add a decent tube amp is necessary, otherwise they're more shrill with less umph.
