Well, I'm no headphone guy - but just saw your list - how does the d2k's seem portable to you?
hd25's = I would agree in portability
beats = please don't buy them, the beats pro weren't good vs my Xb700's
 
Another consideration would be the sony XB500's. Although that is more bass-centric than anything, so might not be up your alley.
