What about an mscaler/hugo2 for moderate to drive headphones. Any feedback on this combo taking into account h2's dual coax input and price and general thoughts would be great. mk

MK. People used to occupy themselves with the notion that H2 plus the Blu2 MScaler beats Dave so I would have thought that H2 plus the anticipated MScaler would also sound the same and would be amazing and would beat Dave. You would just need a set of cables with dual coax at one end and bnc at the other. (I am assuming the new MScaler will have bnc because that is what TT2 has.)

Will H2 get it’s own MScaler? I would have thought that rob and chord would see how the TT MScaler goes for a while before considering that. Also they would have effectively plugged the gap in the market and may assume that enthusiastic H2 users would buy the TT MScaler for use at home.

And I meant to say that if Blu2 is M-Scaler + CD player mechanism, the cost of CD player part shouldnt be more than £1000.

Would love to get M-Scaler at around £3000 though. And ofc Im only guessing...

Yes I thought similar, but the two do have the same transport one with the Mscaler one without, unless Chord are subsidising some of the profit cost of the Blu Cd transport to push the Mscaler...?

Ok slight differences but the cost still comes out as £1,500 for the Mscaler in a simple calculation.....
