It could also be interesting to hear about TT2 owners who use 3rd party psu like:

Myself and subsequently two more NZ headphone nuts(small country, we know each other) purchased a MCRU linear power supply for the TT2 and the improvement is obvious…or more hyperbole…staggering. It could also be interesting to hear about TT2 owners who use 3rd party psu like:

I don’t discount the potential impacts of power supplies in some cases and use an upgraded power supply on my streamer. However, since the TT2 effectively runs off internal super capacitors and the power supply is simply charging the capacitors from which all the actual components run, I’m struggling to understand how an upgraded PS impacts TT2 sound? Others swear by impacts of upgraded PS for the Chord Qutest for example but not the TT2 due to said super capacitors.Myself and subsequently two more NZ headphone nuts(small country, we know each other) purchased a MCRU linear power supply for the TT2 and the improvement is obvious…or more hyperbole…staggering.

I hear what you are saying but for us it was obvious. Try yourself if possible.I don’t discount the potential impacts of power supplies in some cases and use an upgraded power supply on my streamer. +1 on MCRU. Good PSU and relatively cheap
“We offer 2 versions of the power supply, standard and up-graded. The standard ships with a basic power lead and standard DC cable, the up-graded version ships with a Furutech rhodium plated IEC inlet, Hi-Fi Tuning audiophile fuse, UP-OCC cabling for the dc cable and an IsoTek Systems EVO3 Initium power cord to suit your country”That’s the one.
Last part with power cord. Is that something I can choose, or do I have to write them?

When ordering you have the option to go for the upgraded version and I didn’t regret it.“We offer 2 versions of the power supply, standard and up-graded. I have used a Farad3 and it made a nice SQ boost to the TT2.It could also be interesting to hear about TT2 owners who use 3rd party psu like:

I also have two MCRU linear power, but because of wrong output voltage I have not used them with TT2. One MCRU I use now with my Fiio 17 with good result.
You didnt order the 15V or faulty?I have used a Farad3 and it made a nice SQ boost to the TT2.
