Probably assembling them is not complicated, but creating the drivers and design..its not.

Have a DIY Edition 10, and they send you a box of parts and you have to put it together by hand for $799.

The Ultrasone Edition series is one of the few 'flagship' cans that look like they are worth the asking price, HD800 - nope , PS1000 - no way , T1 is nice though.
I really want a pair of Edition 8!
