How much money have you spent on headphones in total?

Good thing this thread isn't asking how much total on entire rig!!! Just this month, it's been about $1300 on source material!!!! Dang you Head-fi

Since I'm working on my rig first, damage isn't so bad for headphones....YET!!!!

I found them by way of Head-fi.....as many threads have stated, zzounds is selling the last batch for $99.95....including shipping!!! I paid an extra six dollars to get it 2-day.

Millet Hybrid $160 sold for £85
Ipod £205 sold for £220
Ipod nano £140
Little dot £30 sold for £30
HF-1 $200 sold for £230
C-pads $100 sold for £50

It goes on...this is why i love this hobby, you get to try amazing gear and usually come out without a loss...

Nuh, just buy the stuff that people want, or buy a bargain. You can really buy the best headphones out there cheaper than the less expensive ones (if you are not borrowing) Sometimes when the item is in high demand you can pass on your paypal costs to...or you can just use a money order. You can learn a lot in this hobby about customer service and international sales...

Grado HF-1: $200. Sells for $350 now.
Etymotic ER-4S: $150. Sells for $300.
Headroom Total Bithead: $150. Sells for $200.
Qables LOC: $25 (super sale). Sells for $60... plus shipping.


So... 525. Probably $555 including all the filters/cups/tips for my headphones.

Not too bad when its worth about $900.

I don't mind spending if I get a good deal.


Might sell my Bithead though... I'm quite disappointed.

$1200 CAN so far, thats including shipping and all that fun stuff.

No regrets so far, Im glad I bought the X-Can brand new, but I should of bought the Great March, used to save some money, other then that, so far so good
