Did I mention that I have collectitis?

I would say just under $10k not counting my speaker setup. I think I saved at least $3k buying allot of used gear from headfi members. I have slowed down allot in the past 6 months as we are building a new house but once this is completed a dedicated music room is in the plans

Well, I just joined so I haven't purchased everything yet, but here is what I think I'm going to end up with:

Chaintech AV-710 (purchased today) -> quality mini-rca -> quality rca -> homemade pimeta (from MisterX, already have) -> Grado SR225 with flats

Total should be just under $500 for everything. This is definitely something that will have to last a while, because I simply can't afford another hobby to go with the two I already have (computers, digital photography). Unless I stop eating....

Haha Red I could say the same for you, since September you bought ALL of that stuff? Insane! I thought I was bad with my post count - your purchases-per-day would rival anyone on this board!

Let's see, well I can list my stuff and their prices:

SR-80's - $75
KSC-50's - $20
MX400 - $15

amp - $60

MZ-S1 - $100
XP-EV501R - $40
TBSC (since my AV-710 was a gift) - $40

Grand total? $350

Dang... I never realized I was THAT short on cash. Considering how much all of that is spread out, it's less than $0.50 a day for sure.

Huh? We're now expanding into cost per day????? Oh oh. I rather not go down that road.
