* backgound music at work -> 25 hours (5 hours x 5 days)

Which sums up to a massive 65 hours. Wow!

I can't in all honesty count any 'background' music since I'm not really listening to it.

Therefore, let me see...
* Traveling to work/back -> 20 hours (4 hours x 5 days).
* Listening at home -> 15 hours (3 hours x 5 days - on average - per week).

Which sums up to 35 hours. Wow! Do I really get that much in between work and family commitments? Wow!

5-6 hours every day at work, at least 8 hours per day on weekends, so 46+. sometimes if i've been listening to phones a whole day, i get throbs in my eardrums before going to sleep, which i take to mean i've been listening too much, and try to lay off for a day or two.

About 21-25. I'll get in 2-3 hours after work at night and usually listen to a few discs all the way through. The weekends vary depending on free time, but I always listen to a disc while reading before I fall asleep.

Man, I'm shocked by some of these figures...

...and how come everyone seems to listen at work!? Don't you have to actually concentrate on your work/talk to your coworkers or work mates?

I generally listen to an album a day...
