I find the Black Dragon works well in my setup. I have the Chord TT2/M-Scaler combo connected with the Moon Audio Silver Dragon BNC Cables.

Maybe the silver dragon then? Also would like something that aesthetically prettier, some type of weave/braid.

PS : I still use stock HFM cables with the lower tier models, such as the He-400i, the Sundara, and the He-5XX, but that is just because I generally find their performance to be adequate and decent "as is," for the type of listening I use them for, without feeling obliged to chase the last 1% in SQ in their cases, as I normally do for the Higher tier models.

Curious. If I have the TT2 as preamp and buy a power amp ... any way I can power speakers or headphones without unplugging and replacing wires?

Yes, there are various speaker switch boxes available. Bryston used to make a high quality one. Not sure if they still do, but you might find it used. Otherwise, there are definitely others in current production.

EDIT: Just did a google search. Here's the Bryston I mentioned:

Wondering how hot the BENCHMARK AHB2 gets? Can I stack the Hugo TT2 on top of it? Maybe get some rubber risers? Wondering if this will work? Want to have both on my desk? But don't have space for a rack ...

Since it's class AB, it most likely won't get too hot. I'd still use some risers, though.

I presume the heatsinks get warmer than the top of the amp in any case. Benchmark support has always been very responsive so one could easily enquire via email.

Any ideas what the best synergy would be for the Susvaras if I used the TT2 as a preamp? What speaker amp would pair well with it?

I was looking at the Benchmark AHB2.

Thanks

Then how do you know that the stock cable with the Susvara is not good and 'fit for purpose' for the job it is intended to do ?

Of the 3 aftermarket cables I owned, I only preferred one over the stock. Sound-wise, it's not the worst and not the best.

If you're considering the AHB2, then presumably you're looking for clarity and neutrality. If so, you're not likely to find many amps that will do a better job of delivering that. Since Benchmark offers a no-risk 30-day home trial, maybe you should just purchase the amp and see how it works for you. Using that as a baseline, we can potentially give you other suggestions if it turns out the AHB2 is not what you're looking for.
