I sure would not describe the TCs as comfortable on my head. And that's after months of fiddling, using Dakoni nuggets and different size o-rings.
I'm going to try some even bigger o-rings and see if that helps.
Yeah they’re tough

I really do think that the perfect fit is possible for everyone the issue is not getting the right sound once you get a perfect fit.

Maybe I'm part of the lucky head shape population; I got my fit right (barely touching my jaw, enough space) for the proper bass response. It was an awful fit before, but I got new O-rings within the first couple of weeks which was a massive improvement. New O-rings were all I needed. And I like how it floats on my head with no clamp. It gets warm in the tropics and not having a clamp is great.

Youtuber Currawong has stated in two videos that Susvara is available for $4000. I've never seen it sold at that price. I believe he lives in Japan. Is that some gray market price for a unit sold on a backstreet near the Acihabara?
That’s the price a dealer will sell it for. You have to have a relationship with them. Also, they won’t advertise it for that, because that would go against the manufacturer’s agreements with the dealer

He even says $3000 here at 11.27

I think a lot of people who come up through buying online don't realize that.
If a brand has a significant brick and mortar presence there is a LOT of flexibility in price, and having a good relationship with a dealer can be worth it's weight in gold.

it never hurts to talk to your dealer, even through email or chat window option if available.

It doesn't hurt to ask, however what one dealer is willing to do the other might not. Just saying

True, I'm pretty sure no Dealer in germany would sell a new pair for 3000€
That would be less than half

I'm sure that some dealers make good prices i.e. for their regular customers who spend a lot, influencers, show partners etc., but as a regular consumer I wouldn't expect anything spectacular.

Yeah, those days are over. That was the margin price for the 2.5mm version. Current 3.5mm release for 2021 has higher margins for dealers, so no where near that price.
Higher margins? I wouldn't be surprised if there were very few things in the world that have higher relative margins than the Susvara. Would love to see the margin and how it's distributed among the parties.
