May I ask why? Nobody makes such cables in the US?

Honestly it was more just a timing thing for me - as in, I saw someone else post a headphone that had a Viking weave cable and I loved the way it looked and really wanted that look + I kept hearing about their quality of cables. I kinda just took a leap on a (relatively) affordable cable to test the waters. There are definitely makers in the US that are likely similar quality but after my first experience with their customer service and after getting my first cable and loving the look and quality, I decided to keep giving them my business

Thank you. Can anyone direct me where I can order similar cables (more or less) from the US?

Thank you very much.
That was an interesting journey in HP cable makers websites, or in lala land, I'm not sure. I found cables that are "designed to heighten treble detail, bass impact, and the general soundstage gains in all dimensions." This is quite lovely, I'm impressed.

Finally, I am going to stay with this Stand recommended in this same thread, to suspend the Susvara by the metal headband, not by the leather one, so as not to damage it due to the weight of the headphones themselves.
I like the Room,s Stand better, but you have to take care of taking good care of the leather headband so that it does not stretch.

best regards

Sisco

i auditioned the susvara today at a local hi fi dealer where i compared it to the final audio d8000 pro and focal 'nutopia'. all three headphones were connected to the burson conductor 3r via the balanced headphone socket, which was in turn connected to a hi fi rose streamer (sorry but i didn't take note of the model). i listened to a selection of my usual test tracks that were available on tidal. while the susvara doesn't look or feel as deluxe as the other two models, i preferred it for sound and comfort. it got the balance of tonality and technicalities more 'right' to my ears. i found the d8000 pro rather bright in comparison. the susvara was also the most power hungry by far, which won't be news to anyone who owns it.

They now call people like me " a cable denier"

That's understandable, but I still encourage you to try aftermarket stuff at some point (if you haven't already). Many folks in here would agree that Susvara cans deserve such treatment. Worst case scenario, if that doesn't work for you after having a listen for yourself, you can always get back to stock cables :).

Your Susvaras thank you deeply I'm sure :)

If I may ask, do let us know what are the key differences between the stock cable and these you've just ordered, pretty please :)
