I want a usb only dac/amp that will work with my Hifiman HE560 v1. The HE560 are 45ohm, 90db. Do you think the Uno will be good enough or do I need something else?
If it's only USB powered it does not exists. I already tried the most powerful dongles on the market (like e1da 9038s) and they are not enough, you need something that is battery powered.

Not really.
iFi Uno: "Power output: 211mW @ 32Ω; 39mW @ 300Ω / 2V (RCA)" (Headfonia)

The HE560 is quite hard to drive. What I recommend is a standalone DAC + a Topping A30 Pro AMP.
The TOPPING A30 Pro outputs 6,000 mW @ 16Ω, 5,500 mW @ 32Ω, and 840mw @ 300Ω. With can-rattling wattage like that, it can easily power notoriously hard-to-drive full-size headphones like the Sennheiser HD 660 S and the Beyerdynamic DT1990 Pro.

If you insist on a standalone DAC/AMP combo, then aim for a very high power output.
Topping DX5: "1.8W @32Ω | 250mW @300Ω" (Headfonia)

(I used to have a HE560 V1,5 (cups with ebony veneer), a HE560 V2 Adorama (black-gray-orange) and a Sense V1 Head Amp (Rated output power: 1500mW @ 32ohm). The Sense V1 was not enough even for high volume. And you will need a lot more power to open the SQ potential of the HE560.)

-----------

However I have very good experience with HiFiMan Sundara Closed-Back (planar headphones) playing right out of a Shanling Q1 DAP. (85mW max. power)
The available volume was more than enough, the sound was crisp, well-detailed, the bass was full-bodied, fast and tight. I just loved the sound out of that small DAP. :)

Been years since I had these, but I will say that you can get listenable volume out of them from some portable gadgets. They can even sound decent that way, though in every instance I preferred my little desktop amp (corda rock ff), which is not the case with all headphones.

IMO even a Chord Hugo 2 on its own did not sound quite right with them in comparison (IIRC actually preferred the smaller, also battery supplied, GOV2+). However, that is not to assert that there aren't any usb-powered only gadgets that get full performance from 560s, perhaps there are some.

(idk the theoretical limits of what can be done with USB power specs. Also FWIW, at least according to what I've read in some threads, is that one thing to be wary of when dongle shopping is that dongles can be power throttled and not deliver their full output depending on the source device's USB power consumption rules).

I really enjoy the sound of my HE560 v4 using the Dekoni Perforated Sheepskin pads. Sonically I find them very simular to original pads, but i really enjoy the feel of the soft leather feel on my ears compared to the OEM pads. Anyone else using these pads?

Can anyone recommend other pads they are currently enjoying with the HE-560 v4?
Not v.4, but I love my ZMF Universe perforated suede pads on them.

Don't know much about the Uno.....but the HE560s are tough to drive. I basically max out my Element II.
I had the Uno but could only use it as a dac, with the HE560 it does not get most of the sound of these headphones. on its own.

Also use the Element, but the Element lll mk2 boosted which has a little more power 2.6W. I run it from -2db in low gain to 2db in the highest in high gain. It really drives it well. Highly recommend.

Got the He560 hooked up to my Yamaha stereo amp via the 4 Pin XLR adapter to banana plugs. Made sure the volume was very low at first but lateler increased to listenable volume. Holyyyyy....THERE IT IS....He560's just come ALIVE!!

I have other headphone amp's that can power the 560's but hot damn....this is another level!
