Hidizs Mermaid MS4 (3BA+1DD) & MS1 (1DD) - new approach to IEMs and compatibility

What are dac cables. I understand is usb but does it work similar like balanced or unbalanced?

It's a cable with an integrated DAC to 2-pin connectors. Should also work with other 2-pin 0.78mm IEM's. Don't know if internally it is balanced or not, but it would work with devices supporting USB Audio Class 2

No, it is not balanced internally. It is like haveing Hidizs Sonata HD product (DAC&AMP) + 2pin, 0.78mm audio cable. All specs are stated in my review

So it's a closer behavior to a 3.5? Is it like using the type c/lightning Port converters for some of the new headphones solution of recent?

Also what is a BT cable... I'm at lost with this

**Also, how would you compare this with the other HIdizs in-ear Seedz, specifically the unbalanced if you can

Yes, it is like type-C to 3.5mm converters (most of which would also have integrated DACs) but more capable DAC chip inside. Gives plenty of output power and good resolution.
BT cable is a BT receiver combined wtih cable (picture attached)

MS4 is incomparable to Seeds - much more resolution, better extensions at both ends, etc
MS1 is closer to Seeds and I would say that Seeds do a great gob on lower end, while MS1 is better on mids (more even and exposed) and treble (more presence, more vivid and clean).
Moreover, MS4 and MS1 can be pushed further with different cable options that Seeds can't do.

Thanks. I like the Seeds for is price . If you also have experience with xbax5, how do you compare. Those are my main in ears

But you still can't tell what are the differences in sound, right? :) It might happen so that the only similarity are the boxes and shape. At least, if you'd look further - driver combination is totally different. Shell material is also influencing sound... But yes, look very similar.
