@Joe Bloggs I tried to connect my MacBook via USB (to listen to audio from the Mac via USB) but I see in the Connected Devices page USB is displaying Not Connected
What do I do?
I don't really know what you're referring to, but I can say that in general, you connect to a computer as an audio device via the following:
1. Physically connect it to the computer
2. Drag down the notification shade and scroll to the bottom where it says something like "connected for charging; tap for more options", tap it and change it to USB Audio; at this point the display will change to a fullscreen USB DAC display
3. If need be, go to your Mac's sound settings and choose the new sound device (the R6 pro) as the default sound device so that sound will actually be routed through it (though this part should be automatic these days)
Can you see the USB is greyed out when I connect power and also when I connect to a audio device. how can I activate it?
1. Physically connect it to the computer
2. Drag down the notification shade and scroll to the bottom where it says "USB charging this device"
3. Tap it once to show "tap for more options"
4. Tap it again to change it to USB Audio (3rd radio button)
5. at this point the display will change to a fullscreen USB DAC display
Hope that helps!
