No idea if they been better now but my experience with X5 gen 2 and then gen 3 was not good.I didn't know that. I'm on the M11 plus le pre-order list. Bad idea?

The DX300 seems to be quite large. Is it that really a big deal?
To me it sounds better than R6 2020 but of course size does matter. The DX300 seems to be quite large. Is it that really a big deal?
lol not sure I'd want more bass out of my IE900 than it already has. I bought the lotoo PAW S1 while waiting for my R6 replacement. Was never into dongles and thought about getting the DX300, but in the end, didn't want to end up with 2 DAPs with similar specs. I just needed something to get by until I get my R6 back. Nonetheless I'm impressed with its build quality, sound, and convenience.I listened to R6 and DX300 this afternoon with IE 900. To me, DX 300 has better resolution, more forward mids and dynamic is also better. The bass on DX300 can rock your ears and deeper. Not necessarily a good thing but it is what it can do. It is a more expensive unit though. The sound signature between them is very different. Whether it worth $500 more is up to you. However I like MSEB on R6 a lot. It is so fun to tune IEM to your liking. It is also much more convenient due to the size. DX300 is the same size as C9 but a little bit thinner. It is hard to imagine carrying it every where. R6 is perfect for portability.
Good decision! You lose nothing without DX300.lol not sure I'd want more bass out of my IE900 than it already has. I bought the lotoo PAW S1 while waiting for my R6 replacement. It's supposed to limit the maximum charge so that overall battery life can be extended.Does anyone know what Max battery in the settings for? I set it to be 80% but it still charges to 100%?
Are you turning off the R6 or have it set to auto off after a certain amount of time? Either of those cause the R8 to charge to full and ignore the max setting. The setting does not work with the R8 if turned off during charging and it is likely the same with the R6.Does anyone know what Max battery in the settings for? That makes sense. It goes off after inactive for a few minutes. Are you turning off the R6 or have it set to auto off after a certain amount of time? Damn, thanks for offering that tidbit of information. I have mine set to 90, maybe less, and was wondering why it was still charging to 100. Big ole "Duh!" moment on my part. Are you turning off the R6 or have it set to auto off after a certain amount of time? Either of those cause the R8 to charge to full and ignore the max setting. Yes, I had the exact same problem with mine when I first got it. Andrew @ Musicteck took care of it for me and ultimately, I got a new one.My 3 weeks old R6 2020 stopped working. I'm getting zero sound out of it. Everything else seems to be functioning fine. I'm just not getting any sound.
Anyone else have this issue?
