I'm a producer and rapper looking to get a quality pair of cans. I'm not clueless when it comes to headphones, I get that the dre beats are trash for the price. I've had my eye on a few different ones but I need some trustworthy advice here. My price range is $250 max, I just want the most bang for my buck.. and that might mean getting a pair under 250 if they perform nearly as well for less. Keep in mind the genre I usually work with and the fact that I'm a basshead. Any suggestions welcome.

The HIFI 780s can be had for $160 on Amazon. Definitely a basshead can, should do well for you I'd think at that budget.
