Thanks.
I've read the review and I still don't understand a thing or two:
- bass is comparable to planar magnetic headphones or more to dynamic drivers?
It "does not slam as hard as a dynamic" he said, not sure if he meant in quantity or quality.

No problem.
- Bass, to me, was a little interesting. It felt like a different bass that was really good (maybe cause of AMT, not sure) but comparable to planar in the sense that it goes to very low frequencies. I wanna say hybrid too. It does go down like a planar and slam like a dynamic (with close quantity). However, I don’t think they’d give a complete subwoofer type rumble but I’m saying that only after comparing with the Abyss.
- He meant quantity. But it does slam good enough. If you need more, you can always EQ.

Torq reviewed them also. I’m not near my laptop. Will link soon.

Here's his 24 hours impressions- https://forum.headphones.com/t/hedd-audio-heddphone-official-thread/3179/385?u=zer0

Thank you!
Living near the manufacturer, I will try to listen to them and compare them to the LCDs, Hifimans etc.
Best thing one can do, really, haha. Enjoy!

This review by Torque is really making me excited :D
More and better micro-details than any flagship planar? Check.
Macro-details as with the focals? Check.
Better and more enjoyable soundstage than the hd 800s? Check.
Bass a good mix of hybrid and planar? Check?
Price? 1700 € disruptive.

The only thing I am worried is the weight. 700 gr is a lot!
Need to workout my neck muscles :muscle:
Platysma, M. sternocleidomastoideus and trapezius muscle.

Given the hype and praise, I think it is certain that hedd audio will manufacture more headphones.
I see a at least two more headphones coming: One downgraded in performance, much lighter and a bit more inexpensive (1000 €) and the other even better, costlier and maybe a bit lighter.
I don't see them bringing out one much ligher and better (performance) for less the price; it would make this one obsolete.
Hifiman does this, but Hifiman manufactures in China where everything is cheaper and their 1600 € Arya has the build quality of a 200 € headphone.

Try them out for 30 minutes and see. Unfortunately, I might have a little big of a head.....or let's say you can couple that with a lengthy face. That pressure it puts around the top of my head made it a deal breaker for me. I think, it would've been relatively perfect if the yokes got a better extension. The earpads, on the other hand, I have no complaints with or it's clamp. In fact, I think it gives me the best one out of any I put on before.

I heard the Heddphone at Canjam today. And yes, it doesn’t fit with the current headband extension. But, boy was it awesome sounding. The weight was a non/issue.
