Hi, this is my first post here and I want to ask you which is the best choice for a pair headphones for movies somewhere around 75$ ? I'm new in this domain so I have no clue...

For $75.00, definitely, the Sennheiser HD 555's.

In my country, cost more than 160$.
I was thinking at HD 448 (73$) or HD 515 (90$)

You don't have much of a choice. At that price it will be very hard to find another pair that matches the HD 448 clarity. You can get more bass, heavier sound etc from other pairs, but all at the cost of laid back vocals and finer sounds. If dialogues and backround noises are important for you in movies, like they are for me, HD 448 its a very good option.
