Hi, I got 400$ CAD for Christmas, I want to buy a new headphone. I have the HD6xx/HD58x in my sight, but I'll need a DAC/AMP, I don't know if a E10k will be enough for one of those headphones.

I'll use them for mixing, gaming and mostly for music. Thank you

E10k isnt enough to power up 300ohms for the hd 6xx because the e10k is rated at 200mw 32ohms. I dont know much about the hd58x.

Only desktop

There is the K7xx too, only 62 Ohm but I know nothing about it. Does he have a better soundstage/Better sound thant than the HD6xx ? Does a E10K/Soundblaster Z would be enough ?

Ok I'm here with a dilemma, DT770/990 or HD6xx ?

I can only go with a E10K or a Soundblaster Z, should I still go with the HD6xx or not ? I really want them... but if i cannot exploit them at 100% should I take them or nah ?
