Does anyone know of a good pair of headphones that are stylish, but have a great sound quality? I currently own the Superlux 681 hd and my price range is from 50-200 USD.

Edit: What about the ZMF modified t50P?

What source(s) are you going to be plugging the headphones into?

On eBay you can get decent cloth (Velour) ear pads for around $16, for the HD-681.
Cheaper upgrade compared to buying new headphones.

Just my laptop and my iPod. Also, I'm willing to spend $200, but I would prefer using only 100. I'm thinking about the m-audio q40 studiophile headphones or the ath m50's.

The m50 and q40 seems to be more bass heavy than the hd 25-1 ii and the dt 1350. I think the 1350's have the most neutral signature of the four. The 25's have a more forward (a bit "in the face") sound signature, is quite good for rock and metal.
