They're all pretty bad, but the problems I have had with UPS. I'm amazed anything gets sent there. ahahaha I've totally done that too! It really depends a lot on your driver; I've had drivers who try pretty hard to deliver, but for a while I had a driver who wouldn't enter the building to try a delivery to your door even if someone opened the lobby door for him... if you didn't catch him at the door and straight up ask him for your package, you were SOL.
