but I´m not on the list yet.
My question:
Who tells me how much I have to pay.
Is it Justin who contacts me... and: Does he accept PayPal payment.
As I live in Germany, I do not know how much postage will be.

Any order requests here I will see and get added to the list soon, in order by date. Send me your email address and I'll let you know when it's ready. I can accept either PayPal or Google Checkout but I don't need it until it is ready to ship. Postage to Germany is $30 (amp only) or $35 (with DAC)

Why should I feel inclined to pay if I know that my amp will not be for two months and I have the option of paying before the amp is completed?

Hopefully, people who are getting the amps in the order of the list as long as they pay before the amp is completed.

No one (including Justin) says you need to pay until he contacts you and says your amp is in the current batch. Keep in mind also that that is an overall list which doesn't take into account the difference in times for international vs. domestic orders.

Yes, that's what I was told before. It was just that he made it seem like people who hadn't paid were less than deserving than the people who have...We are waiting in line just like the others.

as long as you pay when Justin emails you to do so, you will get your amp when u r supposed to. i paid for mine in end of December, but still had to wait for a month to get my amp. I had the money ready, so paid right away to just get it done with.

so if you just type the order post (i want one with dac, 2 foot usb cable, etc) here and send justin an email, justin will start making it without knowing whether i'm really gonna end up paying for it or not?
isnt that kinda like justin wasting his own time and other people's time who get on the waiting list later but pay right away?

You reserve your place in line. You pay, he builds and ships. Until you pay, you're just a spot in line. If you don't pay, your amp never gets made. The list is a way for him to know how many parts to order.

Actually, he contacts you after the Pico is pretty much ready to ship, so for the most part, the Pico is made before payment is requested.

Of course, if you don't pay, it just goes to the next person in line. There are plenty of people waiting next, so if you are impatient and want your Pico sooner, pay up quickly.

I contact everyone on the list who hasn't sent payment in order, at least 3 days before it will ship. Then I ship them in order to anyone who has sent payment. If I receive payment after passing your spot on the list, I will still ship it within a few days of receiving payment
