Headamp customer support?

Sorry if this is the wrong part of the forum, but I'm getting desperate

Basically my Pico DAC/Amp stopped working a couple of months back, so I e-mailed Headamp they replied asking for the number and told me to send it to them

So I sent it to them with a little message and things, explaining my problem etc.
This was about 2 months ago and I've still heard nothing and I'm getting a little worried

Anybody dealt with them before?

Justin will fix your amp and get it back to you. He's a 1 man shop, so sometimes is slow with communication, but he'll come through.

Out of curiosity, what are the circumstances of the problem?

Ahh no
Well I apologise for thinking it had anything to do with you

It seems it's just disappeared into the ether then

Time to have a word with the post man, I just hope I havn't lost the receipt

I'm from the UK so it was sent through our postal service
I believe they then use USPS when it gets to the US
They say a notice was left on the 19th of Jan

I'd imagine it will be returned to me and I'll have to send it again
