Sorry if this is the wrong part of the forum, but I'm getting desperate

Basically my Pico DAC/Amp stopped working a couple of months back, so I e-mailed Headamp they replied asking for the number and told me to send it to them

So I sent it to them with a little message and things, explaining my problem etc.
This was about 2 months ago and I've still heard nothing and I'm getting a little worried

Anybody dealt with them before?

i guarantee that your amp is in the safe hand. Justin will attend to it. It just take time and persistence to follow up with him. Thats Justin

Justin will fix your amp and get it back to you. He's a 1 man shop, so sometimes is slow with communication, but he'll come through.

Out of curiosity, what are the circumstances of the problem?

It was awhile back, so I just hope it is still on record and things

So what does tracking show right now and were you using USPS?

I'm from the UK so it was sent through our postal service
I believe they then use USPS when it gets to the US
They say a notice was left on the 19th of Jan

I'd imagine it will be returned to me and I'll have to send it again
