I just received my HD800 but it seems to be missing the instruction manual packet. Is there anything in there of value in there that I should pursue trying to get it replaced?

I'm surprised there is no online version of the manual.

How about contacting the seller?
If you bough new then it should have come with it, while if you bought used the seller simply might have forgotten to ship it.

It's not of great value anyway – doesn't even tell how to remove the earpads for cleaning.

It was new from amazon, they are likely too big to help with these kinds of requests. Maybe I can get sennheiser to send me a set of whatever that stuff it came with, if I could find a contact email address.

So can anyone tell me what is really in that packet of info? Any "instructions"? warranty cards? brochure?

Is there supposed to be a 1/4 to 1/8th adapter in the box?

What could possibly be in a headphone "instruction manual"?

Forgot to add:-
Taking off headphones when going to sleep is optional.
And - Sorry about your wallet.

Mine has been taking dust for a long time in its box but I remember it describing how the headphone was made and how to remove the cable, the small tissue part in front of the driver to clean it or the headband I think that was all.
