Get the denon D1100 why you ask? The m50 while excellent are not portable at all, the HD448 are very quiet without an amp, oh and the D1100 sound amazing!

^ I've looked into them but yeah I've got like very tight price limit and their price is pretty high for me even if order from ebay and not use retailers (and for retailers it's same price as m50 here: 230-250$)

Dude M50 is easily powered without an amp. The D1100 is also good but I've heard it's a bit more bassy. The M50's fold up too so they're good for portable use.

I've found that the M50s are actually very suited to portable use, since they really don't require an amp, fold up into their own pouch, and are really durable to boot

and their pricing is ridiculous in ukraine, so guess go go hd448
