Can any of you share a shot of your EQ settings on DPP's --- i'm struggling to make them not sound muddy and mid-heavy --- just seem to lack "sparkle" that the MTW's have

the earfuns have been weird, some people say its the best you can get without going flashship (sony, senns, apple, technics....) and some say they are a waste of money.

even scarbir says its the best thing under 100 bucks,

@erockg (if I'm remembering right you had both of these) or anyone else who can comment:

Would anyone be so kind as to contrast the sound quality and call quality of the Aviot TE-ZX1 and the Oneplus Buds Pro 3?

I tried the buds pro 2 and quite liked them. I don't have any real issues with the TE-ZX1, but I do have an itch to try the Oneplus Buds Pro 3 and maybe the Earfun Pro 4s.... Talk me out of it! (or into it ;-) )

I was thinking about getting the Triumph but "heard" that the volume may not get super loud..not sure if that is true----
How do you find the volume, any issues for you? It seems the sound quality is excellent and everything thing else is very solid, just that one "issue" is holding me back and I am not sure how big of an issue it actually is----
I haven't had an issue. I just listed them though. I need anc for my uses, so these don't get as much use as they should.

Oddly enough, last night I was watching Slow Horses and had the OPBP3 in. Wound up switching them to my PI8 which I felt sounded better to me. Better staging. OPBP3 felt too narrow for the shows mix. But calls are great with them, zero issues and everyone said I sounded fine. I don't have my Aviot anymore. Honestly, wasn't a big fan. They did sound great after a power bump with a DAP and some EQ, but they weren't for me with stock settings and the mediocre app. Sold them. PITA to sell too. I would say the Aviot has better separation and clarity over the OPB3, but the OPB3 sounds better for metal. Love how deep the bass gets. They're also incredibly light. Case is slim. I do have to rotate them in my ears to get a good seal. Rotating them forward works for me. Wish the tips had one more size up. Sadly, they have a proprietary connector and I can't find any aftermarket tips to try out. Maybe someone else has a suggestion there.

I would say if you can get the OPBP3 cheap, try them out. If not, save the money for something better.

Sennheiser App just updated:

What's new:

- Find Headphones (MOMENTUM Sport, MOMENTUM TW4, ACCENTUM TW)
- Auracast Assistant for MOMENTUM TW4, ACCENTUM TW (requires update to the latest Firmware version)
- Performance optimization and bugfixes

I have not connected the MTW4's to see if there is a new FW to go with the above as off out but will later.

EDIT: MTW4 did not need a FW update so last one is suffice but I did not seem to see the Auracast Assistant so a new FW may be on the cards.

UPDATE: The new FW is out now (copied photo from Reddit).
