Why Japan? Are they sourced from there, and are they manufactured in Japan?

Nothing in this press release indicates a regional only release. Seems strange to me. I guess I'll drop it but I saw about 20 stories just like this.

I am very sure these will come out in the US. As with most of the Noble releases, they suddenly appear at Audio46, Bloom et al. xMems seems to be the flavor of the week right now, they'll want to offer a bite for sure.
