Hey again guys !

Now that i got some experience in pro gaming scene ,
i think i need some new cans..after a lot of research (HUGE) i am now able to understand that gaming headphones are just gimmicks and not worth the price

Now that i've got some cash to spend on these are my choices

1] Steelseries Siberia v2
I know its marketed as gaming headset..but some people say they prefer it over hd 515
the +point is the retractable mic....this headset is on my budget side if i decided to save
    some cash.

2] Audio technica AD700
By far the best sounding headPHONES for gaming as per 99% reviews
But the pics of their cushioning (i dont know what u guys call it) do they cover whole
ear ? their cushions looks more like on ear.
-point No mic , open design

3] Sennheiser PC 350
One of the best rivals of AD700 , some say its legend in headsets
reviews says that you dont need to get a PC 360 if you have this
+point Mic, closed design , foldable , uses same driver as HD 595

4] Sennheiser HD 380 pro
I have never heard of them used as gaming headphones , but my eyes were on
them from a long time...they sound good as per reviews
    +point foldable , Carry case
     -point no mic

I am no audiophile and i have no soundcard installed nor do i posses an Amp
my last question is will i really need an Amp and Sound Card to take advantage of
these headphones (except Siberia v2) ...my main games would be Counter strike 1.6
and Counter strike global offensive

I know 5.1 and 7.1 are kind of gimmicky
I am ready to use a "Headphone" and a "Clip on mic" ...if you have any other suggestions except these headphones
