For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

Nemoralia by Ulver
What a CV these guys have. From blackened screams to acoustic to ambient type stuff... Vast experimental repertoire. Can't pin em down. Need to relisten some of em again; been a while.

Right now, with the Sunday morning coffee, the wondrous Agalloch 's Ashes Against the Grain.

[Atco (U.S.), Polydor (U.K.): released November, 1971.] A more 'live' feel to this studio album versus his first, eponymous album. It had to be RS-1x for this one!

I've been playing rock and prog-rock exclusively for a while so I thought I'd get my jazz / fusion fix with a McLaughlin album I have never heard before. It's kind of a tribute to John Coltrane's album, A Love Supreme, a recording that affected McLaughlin deeply. The RS-1x keep the band fairly intimate with tons of detail, plus McLaughlin's guitar sounds godlike, surprisingly, Etienne M'Bappe's bass sounds pretty amazing too.

Starting my Sunday off with some delicious coffee and industrial music care of the neighbors just south in Portland. IEMs from just a little bit closer, just across the river in Vancouver... always nice to be able to buy local :)

I wanted to listen to Maze Empys, but I wanted to listen to it via HEADA on the other setup, so I figured out I could listen to Meze Advers instead, but I've notice Mojo 2 and Focal Stellia next to it connected to TT2, so I switched to Mojo 2 > Focal Stellia finally.

The first minutes of first track sounds so compressed when you come from TT2, Envy or HEADA with Focals, IMHO Clears MGs sounds better with Mojo 2. I am quite surprised considering how good Stellias sound with ifi micro iDSD Signature.

An Italian band with a Danish word as their name? Never thought I would see that 😁

Tonight I'm enjoying a bit of 90's music. Many say the 90's where a horrible decade for music, but I still find a lot of enjoyment from different bands of that time, including this one:
Morphine - Cure for Pain
Listening on the R7, SMSL DO100, V200 and Letshuoer S12 PRO or HEKS (Switching between them)
