Anyone else having issues getting their 5yr warranty on their Focal Utopia’s if purchased in store? I got a email string going back since October 2017 trying to get my 5yr warranty but because of some technical issues in their database they can’t give me my 5yr warranty because the authorized dealer I purchased from isn’t listed in the database. This is really frustrating. @FocalOfficial can you help me please.
