My guess is that it'll sound the same as an elear with Clear pads. Until proven otherwise, not interesting for people who already own the Elear, but looks like a great buy for first-timers!
The all-black looks pretty dope, kinda masculine (?). But I think the Elear is prettier.

Most people here know the warranty is not transferable. Also the warranty is not only good for you only but it is only a good warranty for you in Singapore. If it’s a legit deal, why hide the serial number? No offense meant. You may not be aware of the warranty parameters.
