When I purchased my focal clear pro very recently, when registering the product on the focal page it was written I had a 2 years + 3 years warranty on my product.
I bought it to an authorized dealer here in France

Guys, calm down. I am aware of the general consumer warranty policies in Europe (2 years), but this is a consumer protection minimum guarantee, even if the good says its only 2 months. Being Focal a French company and giving those 5 years on the US, I’m pretty sure that no European customer will have a problem in the same period if bought from an official representative and with the original invoice. I wasn’t aware of that but now that I know (Thanks fellow Americans!) I would fight to dead for it ... :smiling_imp: ...

I don't see this being a Focal US policy only!
I am sure this applies to all Focal headphones world wide.

There is nothing to die for. It is a global policy whether someone elects to believe it or not. 5years, that’s it! No more no less

Let me add some famous last words please:
In order to apply for Focal's 5 years warranty, you need the original sales receipt.
So if people buy secondhand, they need to make sure that the original receipt is being included with their purchase.
E.g. if you were the 4th person to buy a pair of Clear secondhand and the headphones are 3 years old, in order to apply for warranty repair (since there would still be 2 years of warranty left on these headphones) you would definitely need the original sales receipt of the very first purchase. Otherwise Focal will probably not honor the extended warranty period, as this is what Marine, Focal's Community Manager, writesin her post, which I quoted above.
