flinkenick's 17 Flagship IEM Shootout Thread (and general high-end portable audio discussion)

This thread now reminds me of the off-season during American football when no one knows what to talk about after the main season is finished. However, that said that's when the most interesting topics come out.

I felt the uncontrollable urge to transform this into a limerick.

When love was just fragile and new
I had little experience with what to do :baby:
I met a domineering fellow named Nic :smiling_imp:
Who christened me with his humungous d*** :scream_cat:
And then complemented me on my Fourte review
By the way that is a humongous deck that you have but unfortunately it's not by the water...

this thread is turning into pure chaos

awesome
A place originally for analysis and sound
Where the elusive 5-Way was crowned
Had lost its direction
Despite some objection
And now only chaos is found

This is why my PhD is taking so long.

And I will give you a small preview:

Sorry, but we will burn this thread to the ground
with pics and gifs and sound
but in this mess alas we can´t hear a thing
´cause you know, IEMs are nothing more than bling bling
and we love to show off our cables
in the city, on the go and on our tables
dear lord, please send us money
so we can buy us our daily (honey) SE5Ult

While browsing an iem thread
I stumbled on language I dread
Conflicted with this conscious of mine
I shouted thou hast crossed the line!
And proclaimed these THL reviewers for dead

Alright last one I promise. So anybody hear anything interesting lately? :D
