We're back in sub $2k land, time for some eye candy.
Surprisingly the MW10 sounds the best off the stock super litz despite rolling with the Monile and the Nobunaga Labs cable I got with it. Might have to get the super litz in 4.4.
Despite the price tag though, the MW10 seems to be laden with the standard CFA sub par mmcx sockets. I have no issues popping the stock off, but it was tougher with the Nobunaga Labs, and the Monile was just so tight it more or less stayed in placed and I cracked my thumb and fore finger nails on both hands trying to swap it back out. Cable rollers beware if you want to try this.
Just came back from an outdoor meet (because lockdown procedures) with @riverground.
1. Confirming that the 1A Ground pin adapter from PW Audio does infact have a tangible difference and hiss reduction does in fact happen regardless of whether a cable is "shielded"
2. W2 is excellent bang/buck on the portable side of things if you don't want to carry a DAP around. 56 on high gain for the Z1R off an iPhone.
3. Final A3K and A4K are surprisingly good for their price point. Extension is not so good as expected, but they do punch above their weight. More on this later from me.
4. Andro MW10 is magic. And it looks amazing, I may have a convert to the church of MW10. (Someone sell it to riverground!)
5. I've got the Dunu Zen in for review. Time to see how single DDs have progressed!
Yeah, this is with the 4th switch down. I haven’t played with all the switches specifically, but the 4th switch actually barely does anything standalone. The other switches (1,2,3) seem to pull down the bass and midrange to boost the treble more than the treble itself is boosted.

This is a Thos Moser Beacon Box in solid Cherrywood. Under the top tray is perfect storage for my cases, and I can use the top tray for my coiled IEMs, there’s room to comfortably fit 6 sets, 8 sets with a squeeze.

Thos Moser furniture is exceptionally well made all by hand in Maine. I own five other pieces because I love the build and the design, truly heirloom quality.

But seriously, the MW10 surprised me. I wanna have more time with it sometime soon and properly write a review on them. (And take photos of those gorgeous shells too)
