just accidentally saw a good deal on a used ToGo 335. the seller also threw in an extra hard-to-find now 000 cable terminated in 4.4mm plug. cant resist the temptation and bought it home today
the 000 cable is super rigid! the stock 013 is much more user friendly for those who really take their iem out on the street.
the sound is more similar to the silver than tg334, with much more mid-bass/bass. this kind of mainstream tuning seems looking for resolution/technicality but it is not competitive with VE8 or ie900 alike on that aspect. the highly sweetened tg334 sounds a much more appealing and cheaper choice for me.

Definitely, amongst 334, 335 and silver. I prefer the sound of 334 the most. It's like hearing LiSA sings right next to me when i listen to the Gurenge the first take ver. Not necessarily correct but entertaining. 335/silver too similar to mainstream iem tunings but not really outperforms the tough competition like ve8 or ie900 on technicality to my ears.
hi, just a silly question if any learned fitear lovers could shed some light on the serial # of fitear iems. are they just an incremental # with no meaning (e.g. model #, production year, etc.)? i combed through the thread and saw a few posts mentioned 081xxx in 2012. i found all my 3 fitears iems are numbered #10xxxx but the 335 should be a 2019 product (100xxx) while the 334 (103xxx) and silver (105xxx) were purchased together from e-earphone just in aug. if my theory is true, than the annual production figure is just ~2,000! really low production figures even for a 60-strong team of fitear.

Yup, they have no meaning other than they're incremental. I've had fitears on the lower 8xxxx up to the newer 103xxx. I have consecutive SN on my MH335DWSR and Titan.
i bought from e-earphone and used a forwarding service to send to my home town.
just opened the two boxes after work. this is my first time fitear purchase. the two boxes looks identical to me except the silver came with a polishing cloth. the pelican 1010 case of the silver also got a 65th anniversary sticker to it.
the silver is much, much smaller in size comparing to tg334! i just listened to two songs on each (like 5-6 mins each); i needed to dial up the vol from 45 low gain on AK CA1000 (when using fir M4 ciem and tg334) to 75 to get my normal listening level.
very very preliminary impression - the tg334 is not that much skewed towards the mid i've imagined before. the vocal comes in quite "close" but i didnt feel immediately any obvious dip/missing across the normal frequency range. as it's quite sensitive so i hear some hiss with CA1000 (not a very good match as it used to generate hiss on low impedance iems) on very quiet passage.
the silver on the other hand, is led by treble. the mid-bass is substantially less then tg334 or my m4 i just listening to when commuting back home today. for tonality only, i prefer tg334 over the silver. . . but the silver shell shines and sometimes (i should say most of the time) all that matters is the look! the tg334 fits me better too despite being much bigger in size (same SE1000 ALZA tips).
btw, the 007 cable coming with the silver is much more stiff and looks less appealing than the 013 coming with tg334.
@ddlo if you can go to your shop and ask to listen N6ii Ti with yours Fitear, I really love TG334 with Cayin N6ii Ti
Do you confirm your first impressions or silver grow up with burnin?

Probably I'm not a good candidate to do this listening test
I'm kind of asr fans and couldn't hear difference if the frontends are spl matched and operating correctly.
From m17 and ca1000 which i currently using, or from the l&p w2 or ddhifi tc44c dongle, my feeling didn't change much.
But pls note i only listened to my silver/334/335 each for a week about 20mins per day. So if burn in is a factor, i don't think it started to kick in yet (i'm also not a firm believer of burn in too ). My impression with the 3 fitears, and with hs2000mx+act03 just joined my collection, are still about the same. 335 and silver have more in common but the silver requires much higher voltage to get the same spl. I still prefer 334 which let haruko sings very close to my ears with her impactful and beautiful voice. I think some call this "dense" mid and vocal which works for some but not all types of music. the soundstage of the silver sounds the widest to me and more "airy" to me too. But that doesn't quite match my expectation from fitear , the acg earbuds . .
the fitear earphone stand is too expensive (not to mention its very low practicality), i grab this less than $us10 けいひん to serve the purpose. not only it costs only 1/4th the price of a genieue fitear earphone stand, it actually held my 335 better
