Just googled them, 3.5pro is very interesting but it is for China only am3c/am3d I don’t really know the thx certification which benefits should bring to the sound in respect to am3b

AM3.5 pro should be the same of the am3E that comes with the new fiio q5s.

I think it’s ridiculous about fiio to say it’s only for china market. Dap is really marginal today people listens music with mobile. New amp give acces to new balanced connector 4,4.

I agree with you, it is a marketing choice, just like smartphones, many smartphones (ie dual sim, ie Apple..) are made just for Asian market (China/Korea) and if we want them we need to go on parallel market.

Anyway, usually in Europe electronics costs more, so at the end no big deal buy them here.

i think they will not increase the system internal storage on the international firmware. FWIW JP is double from 1.0.6 so...

Dear friend,

This requirement was proposed by the distributor in Japan according to the need for their local users. So our engineers made some modification in this firmware. Actually, 2G internal storage can be enough for daily using. Updating to 4G internal storage will occupy the storage for saving the music files as well. If any other users would need this firmware, we could provide it as well.

Hi All,
I was using X7II as USB DAC today and found there are some enhancements in the Windows 7 Sound Properties.
There are 4 enhancements
Bass Boost - 50 to 600Hz from 3db to 24db
Virtual Surround
Room Correction - If you are using speakers
Loudness Equalization

These options are really helpful especially the Bass Boost. Oh my how did I miss these options all these days.

If anyone don't know these options existed before, you can try them.

Does anyone here have strange lines at the top and bottom of their display? They are also visible with the display off, there are eight of them on each side, evenly spaced, but different lengths (a few millimeters long). They look as if they are engraved below the surface of the display. These weren't there before.
