Dear friend,My particular unit had shut down to the point where it wouldn't even power up at all, so I had to send it in to FIIO directly. During that time, the 1.06 came out and was factory installed by FIIO before sending it back to me in a repaired, boot-able state. It has always displayed the "cold boot issue" I had explained to you in my last post before the factory had it and ever since then. I am not blaming anything on anyone here, it's just that the device is buggy, as far as all of the users can tell, so I would rather get a new firmware. The time I had spent without the device the last time I had to send it to FIIO was over a month. I am hoping that a new firmware will fix the problem, and if it continues, I will then consider sending it back in to FIIO again. Thank you for your consideration in the matter.
EDIT: I tried to multi quote this response to my original post. The quote didn't show up. See post #5088
You have sent the X7MKII back to us in China for check? You may try to burn the firmware for the X7MKII to see if it helps: http://fiio.me/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=41890&extra=
