Hello,

Is it possible to use the X7 as a transport only to  feed another DAC via the USB out?
I know this is possible  through the Coax out.

X7 + AM0, then put your desired amp module onto the Q5, then stack them together = volume wheel on the X7!

Has the issues around interference when streaming from Spotify etc been resolved?  I had the X7 at launch in UK and had terrible issues with background noise and streaming but would like to jump back in if it's been resolved.

I'm probably sending my what was supposed to be new, but was opened, X7 back, I kinda don't see the point of it if I am going to stick with my KSE1500's. I already have an AK120ii and an AK Jr. and can plug my phone into the USB on the 1500's USB input for Tidal and Spotify. If the K10U's I got last week didn't die on me, I was considering ditching the KSE1500's for them, but now I can't get a good comparison.

No, not with the AM1 and the headphone output. Line Out is OK from what I can tell. I'm testing with Tidal right now.

I have a Cayin C5 but I compared it to AM5...........Cayin is more powerful and better in every way. AM5 is not bad, C5 is just better
