I don't see how any regular user will be able to dissassemble the X5's backplate without tools.

Just receive the x5 as part of the european tour, and i have had to rest it 4 times already,it froze during updating of library,so i formatted the full 64gb.
Then it wouldnt show any music in the category folders, only in browse files, the same thing happened to my x3 and i had to delete a corrupted file.
Both my 32gb and 64gb have worked flawlessly since i deleted that file.

How did you dig through so much music to find the corrupted file?

no it was a corrupted file in the root memory i deleted, although i had a feeling what music file caused it,the problem now is the two sd cards i am using were working fine with the x3 now they have messed with the x5!!
