happy new year joe, need to check are users able to replace battery? or is it completely sealed up?
I don't see how any regular user will be able to dissassemble the X5's backplate without tools.

Well, finally my turn for the X5, got my e12diy with some decent opamps to try with it.
I hope you won't cry when you'll have to let it go!

i probably will.
But i have a a sneaking feeling "i'll lose it" and have to reimburse James and Joe....
Just receive the x5 as part of the european tour, and i have had to rest it 4 times already,it froze during updating of library,so i formatted the full 64gb.
Then it wouldnt show any music in the category folders, only in browse files, the same thing happened to my x3 and i had to delete a corrupted file.
Both my 32gb and 64gb have worked flawlessly since i deleted that file.
